- We operate on a managed package in Classic and will be transitioning to Lightning starting this year, finalizing the transition next year. Are you up for the educational and career challenge?
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
The ideal Salesforce Administrator will be complete the following job duties:
- Daily end-user troubleshooting, creating reports and dashboards to meet departmental and user needs.
- Manage data and keeping records accurate by utilizing Data Loader.
- Assist in making needed changes for enhancements or defects.
- Perform unit testing in a sandbox environment for new system implementations and configurations.
- Handle basic administrative functions such as creating users, managing user access, and security permissions.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Assist in training end-users and answering questions to grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Skills & Abilities:
- Previous experience in a Salesforce Administration role.
- Associates degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT position in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is required.
- Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong logic and critical-thinking ability; experience and creativity in troubleshooting business process and software problems.
- Strong understanding of the platform and object relationships within a Salesforce.com organization.
- Experience in Classic and Lightning interfaces.
- Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- A great team player, a self-starter, and excellent written/spoken communication skills.
