Role Description
This is a full-time position based out of our Burlington office, serving homeowners throughout the state of Vermont.
Each day, you’ll head to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who have a want or need for the services we provide, things like roofing, siding, windows, or bath improvements. You’ll travel to their homes, complete a visual assessment of the project area, and walk them through what you observe while explaining the available product and service options.
Your goal is to help each homeowner understand their home’s condition, recommend the right solution, and, when it makes sense, finalize the project that same day.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving real problems, and working in an environment where effort and attitude directly impact success.
