About the Role
Dabbas Medical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family practice team. We are looking for a provider who values building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments including histories, physical exams, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
- Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
- Perform routine primary care procedures (wound care, I&D, suturing, vaccinations, etc.)
- Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification
- Document visits accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff
- Participate in quality initiatives and team discussions
Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant
- National board certification required
- DEA license or eligibility
- BLS/ACLS (if required)
- Primary care or family medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered care approach
- New grads with solid clinical experience may be considered
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable base pay
- Commission structure available
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling (10 AM – 6 PM)
