Job Title: Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense, strong litigation skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
Responsibilities:
- Represent employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers' compensation claims.
- Handle all aspects of case management from inception to resolution.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Provide legal analysis and advice to clients.
Requirements:
- J.D. and active license in [CA].
- 1–5 years of workers' comp defense experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in workers' compensation law is highly desirable
