About Da Vinci Schools We are a thriving non-profit network of free, public charter schools open to all students in California. Da Vinci Schools operate five high schools, a unique elementary model combining homeschool with on-campus instruction, and a post-secondary pathway leading to college degree completion. Da Vinci Schools is looking to hire one temporary receptionist for our high school campus We are looking for someone who can commit for that period and who possesses the following qualities/skills: - Willingness to work with high school students, parents and staff - Friendly - Strong customer service - Great communication skills - Highly responsible - Able to multi-task - Problem solver - Self-starter - Team player - Detail oriented - Bilingual in Spanish preferred Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Greet and assist visitors at front reception counter - Follow security processes for all visitors - Answer calls and direct them as needed - Receive and distribute mail - Support administration as requested - Assist with room reservations and calendaring of events - Help with coordination of grounds supervision staff Must complete hiring requirements, including passing a background check and providing TB clearance. **Benefits package available for all full-time assignments.

Da Vinci Schools are located two miles south of Los Angeles International Airport in the South Bay of Los Angeles at the corners of El Segundo, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach.
