We’re currently partnered with a leading Mid-Tier Investment Bank seeking to add a talented Associate (Level 1/2) to their Healthcare Services Investment Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&A professional who is passionate about the healthcare space and looking to take on increased execution and client management responsibilities within a fast-growing, deal-driven platform.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory mandates across the Healthcare Services space. Working closely with senior bankers, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day deal processes, guiding junior team members, and delivering high-quality client materials in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Oversee valuation analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Prepare and review pitch materials, management presentations, and marketing documents.
- Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout all stages of deal execution.
- Provide training and mentorship to Analysts, ensuring high-quality work output.
- Support origination efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Investment Banking experience, with at least 2 years in a M&A-focused role.
- Demonstrated deal execution experience, ideally within Healthcare or a sector-agnostic M&A team.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple live processes simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in the Healthcare sector and a desire to develop deep sector expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-facing presence.

Salary : $175,000 - $275,000
