We are currently partnering with a leading Investment Bank in New York that is actively looking to hire high-performing Analysts and Junior Associates into its growing Healthcare Services Investment Banking team.

The team advises clients across a broad range of strategic transactions including Sell Side M&A, Buy Side M&A, Capital Raises, and other strategic advisory mandates within the Healthcare Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support live M&A transactions, with a strong focus on Sell Side advisory mandates
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, CIMs, and management materials
- Conduct industry and company research across the Healthcare Services landscape
- Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, buyers, and senior bankers
- Work closely with senior team members on transaction execution and origination efforts
Candidate Requirements
- Current Investment Banking Analyst or Junior Associate at a recognised Investment Bank or Boutique Advisory firm
- Strong experience executing Sell Side M&A transactions is essential
- Healthcare Services experience is preferred, however candidates from other sector teams will also be considered provided they have strong Sell Side M&A exposure
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
