Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute repair and installation projects
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building structures, fixtures, and equipment using power tools and manual tools
- Conduct erosion control measures to prevent soil degradation during construction or landscaping projects
- Implement safety regulations in accordance with OSHA standards, including respiratory protection and workplace safety protocols
- Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to industrial construction safety standards
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity
- Assist with climbing tasks such as working on ladders or scaffolding to access elevated areas safely
Skills
