Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Adhere to professional standards and state regulations
- Work within a maximum 6:1 patient to nurse ratio
- Build relationships with patients through personalized care
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care
Requirements
* Associate degree or higher
* ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
* ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas (KS)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
