The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Daily activities include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes and proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms in collaboration with internal teams. The role requires close coordination with engineering, production, and quality teams to understand product capabilities and ensure accurate technical representation to customers. Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Relevant sales experience in industrial, OEM, or medical-device manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
