Role Description
The Managed Services Coordinator plays a key support role within the Da-Com's team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations through administrative support, aftermarket supplies management, and data organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-comfortable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping teams running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Managed IT & Services team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.
- Manage and track aftermarket supplies inventory, process orders, and coordinate timely fulfillment to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with the coordination of service agreements, renewals, and client account records.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations and sales teams as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reporting.
- Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role.
- Familiarity with IT services, office technology, or managed services environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
