• Digital & Operational Support
– Maintain CRM and pipeline tools
– Organize Google Workspace files, docs, and templates
– Support vendor and client documentation
– Assist with project coordination and task tracking
• Brand & Document Support
– Format client-facing materials in Google Docs/Slides
– Light design/layout work in Canva or similar tools
• Admin & Accounting Assistance
– Track invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping items
– Maintain accurate records and updates across platforms

Strong Google Workspace proficiency
CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Notion, or similar)
