About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Program Manager to oversee and orchestrate key marketing initiatives across our portfolio of e-commerce channels and CPG brands. This role sits at the center of strategy, creative, operations, and execution—ensuring campaigns, product launches, brand development, and cross-functional projects stay aligned, on schedule, and delivering results.
You’ll work closely with leadership, brand managers, creative teams, contractors, and agencies to manage timelines, track deliverables, maintain clear communication, and ensure every marketing program moves from idea to execution smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple concurrent projects, and loves solving problems before they become bottlenecks.

- Establish clear workflows and enforce deadlines with creative, operations, leadership, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; propose solutions and escalate when needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central communication hub between marketing, creative, e-commerce, operations, compliance, email/SMS, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment on messaging, deliverables, and launch readiness across all channels.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and agencies to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social, homepage updates, landing pages, and paid ads.
- Ensure all campaign assets (copy, graphics, landing pages, offer details) are completed, approved, and implemented.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Brand Development Support
- Assist in building and managing new brand launches.
- Coordinate creative deliverables such as packaging, photoshoots, website assets, retail collateral, and brand books.
Process Improvement
- Improve operational workflows in marketing, including asset requests, approvals, feedback cycles, and documentation.
- Create templates, SOPs, and frameworks that help the marketing org scale efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in marketing program management, project management, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience managing campaigns and creative workflows across multiple brands or product lines.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and DTC best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Slack, Google Suite).
- Bonus: experience in wellness, consumer packaged goods (CPG), supplements, or hemp/cannabis.
