D7 Pneumatics LLC is a growing industrial contractor providing mechanical, piping, pneumatic, hydraulic, and maintenance services to customers throughout the Southeast. Our crews work in a variety of industrial facilities including sawmills, steel mills, concrete plants, manufacturing facilities, and other heavy industrial environments.
We are looking for a motivated, safety-focused Certified Pipefitter to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Install, fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping schematics.
- Install threaded, grooved, welded, and flanged piping systems.
- Perform equipment installations and mechanical maintenance.
- Work safely in active industrial environments.
- Troubleshoot piping and mechanical systems.
- Work independently and as part of a crew.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Pipefitter or equivalent trade experience.
- Experience working in industrial facilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and piping drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with hydraulic systems is preferred.
- Welding experience is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and client-required drug screenings when applicable.
Requirements
- Must provide your own hand tools, including common pipefitting and mechanical tools.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors when required.
- Willingness to travel for projects, including occasional overnight stays.
