What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Shipping and Receiving position at D6 inc?
Job Duties:
- Efficiently unload and load trucks.
- Pull and pre-stage products for shipping.
- Manage shipments and inventory using a handheld device.
- Safely stock materials in inventory.
- Assist in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality concerns.
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Wear proper PPE and follow all D6 GMPs
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs multiple times
- Able to work in a noisy/non-climate-controlled area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
