As anOrthodontic Dental Treatment Coordinator with Family Orthodontics, you will play a vital role in ensuring children have lifetime of beautiful smiles! If you have a heart for children, and enjoy working with a fun team of like-minded professionals dedicated to quality care, we would love to meet with you! Our ideal Treatment Coordinator has both front office and clinical dental assisting experience.
Ideal candidate will have a sales background in Dentistry (open to candidates in medical industry) and Orthodontic knowledge is a plus! Great customer service skills, polished, and professional.
Requirements:
IA RDA preferred but not required
Schedule:Mon - Thur 730a - 5p, Friday 730a - 12p
Travel Requiredbetween West Des Moines and Urbandale offices as needed
Key Skills for this role include:
- Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients
- Working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
- Back office dental experience-orthodontic experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, take direction and be a flexible team player
