Now Hiring: Front Office Coordinator – Kyle Dental Practice

We’re adding a Front Office Coordinator to our team in Kyle. This position plays a key role in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient and family that walks through our doors.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch).
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
  
  

About The Role

As the first face patients see, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive and friendly check-in experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. This role goes beyond greeting patients — it’s about setting the tone for the entire visit.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with a professional, upbeat attitude.
• Oversee the check-in process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Help create a fun and comfortable environment, especially for children.
• Assist with general front office operations and team support as needed.

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems,
