Discover an exciting opportunity as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator with Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland - Potomac! The primary focus of the Front Desk Coordinator is to manage all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and/or guardians receive top priority.
This full-time position operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Desired experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service exposure.
Specific Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Capability to travel between multiple locations.
- Customer service-oriented with a consistently pleasant demeanor in communication.
- Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Proficient PC skills and adaptability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
