Schedule
- Monday & Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required.
- Experience in a dental, medical, or professional office preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
- Flexibility to travel between office locations as needed.
