Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appliance Repair Technician. The role involves diagnosing and repairing residential appliances, maintaining and servicing equipment, and ensuring timely completion of service requests. The technician will also be responsible for providing professional and courteous customer support, maintaining service records, and troubleshooting various appliance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in Appliance Repair, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to resolve client concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain repair processes to customers clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to service areas
- Industry certifications or technical training in appliance repair are preferred
