Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of the d3g productions warehouse. The main responsibilities include preparing equipment for events, loading and unloading trucks, stocking equipment, checking equipment for damage or issues, and helping maintain accurate inventory.

This position may occasionally drive a 26-foot box truck and must be comfortable doing so. The Warehouse Coordinator may also be asked to assist at the Las Vegas warehouse from time to time, but this is not normal travel position.

The Warehouse Coordinator reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class E driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck
  • Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, though this is rare

Job Functions and Duties

  • Prepare equipment, supplies, and audiovisual gear for upcoming events.
  • Load and unload trucks, vans, and other company vehicles.
  • Receive incoming shipments and check them for accuracy and visible damage.
  • Drive company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck, when needed.
  • Scan equipment in and out using the company’s inventory system. Training will be provided.
  • Check returned equipment for damage, missing items, or other issues and report any concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Stock and organize equipment, supplies, and inventory in their proper locations.
  • Stage and prepare orders for future events.
  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
  • Assist with basic testing, cleaning, and maintenance of event and audiovisual equipment.
  • Occasionally assist with returns, RMAs, or small shipments to local shipping facilities.
  • Maintain a professional attitude when working with coworkers, vendors, clients, and venue staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Must be able to:

  • Lift up to 75 pounds
  • Help move equipment or cases weighing more than 100 pounds
  • Stand and move around for extended periods
  • Load and unload trucks and equipment cases
  • Safely use stairs, ramps, loading docks, and warehouse equipment
  • Read equipment labels, inventory information, and basic instructions
  • Perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Work safely while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities

Typical Working Conditions

Most work is performed in a ventilated warehouse that is not air-conditioned. Some work may also be performed outdoors or around loading docks in hot, cold, or rainy conditions.

The position requires regular, punctual attendance and is normally scheduled Monday through Friday. Extended workdays, evenings, weekends, or holidays may occasionally be required based on the event schedule.

Equipment and Training

This position will work around audiovisual equipment, production equipment, warehouse tools, and company vehicles.

Training will be provided for the company’s inventory system and for the safe operation of equipment such as:

  • Forklifts
  • Stationary lifts
  • Scissor lifts
  • Pallet jacks
  • Company vans and box trucks
  • Other warehouse tools and equipment

Computer Skills

Basic computer skills are required. This position should be comfortable using a Windows computer, responding to emails, entering information into the inventory system, and locating basic files and folders.

Training will be provided for job-specific software and systems.
