We're growing and looking for an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team. What You'll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales representatives handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, and internet leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead follow-up, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics (appointments set, show rates, sales closed) and coach the team to consistently hit targets.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments for seamless customer handoffs.
- Manage CRM systems, track leads, generate reports, and present performance data to dealership leadership.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and maintain exceptional satisfaction levels.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and automotive lead generation best practices.
Requirements:
- Dealership experience required (Sales, Internet Sales, BDC Agent, Internet Management, or BDC Management).
- Proven CRM proficiency (e.g., Elead, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK, or similar systems).
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing a team.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals in a dealership environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
