What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician position at D3 AUTO SALES?
We are an independent used car dealer located in the small community of Des Arc, Arkansas. We sell over 100 used vehicles per month and are growing fast.
We’re currently expanding our service department by adding three new bays and are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our team.
Our shop is fully climate-controlled and stays a comfortable 69°F year-round. We’re well-equipped with high-quality tools, including:
- Snap-on and Matco scan tools
- Hunter alignment machine
- Challenger lifts
- Robinair A/C equipment
- A full shelf of specialty tools
We have everything you need to get the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance services, including diagnostics, engine repairs, brake services, electrical system repairs, suspension work, and more.
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with staff and provide exceptional service.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
