D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Programmer / Data Analyst to support the Innovation & Readiness Department at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, Jacksonville, NC. The position delivers automated applications, readiness assessment tools, and data-driven analysis that improve installation efficiency and directly support Fleet Marine Forces operational readiness. Work is performed Monday–Friday on a Government-furnished workstation.

Full-Time (40 hrs/wk; 8 hrs/day between 7:00 am–5:00 pm, M–F)
Work Location: On-site, MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC
Planned Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
Duties include:
- Automate repetitive tasks, develop custom functions that extend native Excel capabilities, and build user forms and interactive tools that improve data processing and workflow efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications that bring innovation and efficiency to existing tenant-unit processes and to requirements with no established process.
- Design, develop, and maintain data-driven dashboards and digital products using Power Apps, Power BI, Python, and other approved technologies.
- Work with Air Station staff to identify opportunities and methods for capturing data on Air Station, tenant-unit, and supported-unit readiness programs and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and adapt mathematical and statistical models to evaluate the probable effects of alternative courses of action and predict the ability to support assigned programs.
- Provide coordination, research, analysis, and planning for readiness analysis and other data collection and processing programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations that accurately convey data trends and analyses, including biweekly input to the Commanding Officer’s update brief and monthly input to the Commanding General’s SITREP.
- Create documentation, user manuals, and training guides for custom applications; develop education and training guidelines for readiness analysis and data collection programs.
- Research advanced statistical methods for the innovative solution of unique problems.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
