In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR solutions that support business strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support workforce planning efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a HR Business Partner or similar.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Proven experience in talent management and organizational development.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
