D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a full time qualified candidate for a Project Manager to support the U.S. Trade and Development Agency in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities::
- Lead day-to-day contract operations across Records, FOIA, Admin/Facilities, Reception, Mailroom, and Conference/AV support; ensure full PWS compliance and cross-training coverage.
- Own the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and performance metrics; prevent/resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage staffing, scheduling (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Mon–Fri), and surge/event support; coordinate with CO/COR.
- Oversee phase-in and phase-out transition plans; handle onboarding, clearances, inventories, and knowledge transfer.
- Interface with CIO/Deputy CIO for systems issues/upgrades; ensure data integrity across SharePoint/TDAMIS/PIMS and reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with security, non-personal services, SCA requirements, and deliver CPARS-worthy performance.
Qualifications:
- 15 years relevant experience with proven leadership/supervision and quality control oversight.
- Demonstrated skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.
- Strong written/oral communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required (business/management preferred).
