D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full time qualified candidate for MOTT Training Instructor - At Sea - CNAP at our Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific location, Sand Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver onboard ordnance training to fleet personnel during afloat missions and scheduled visits.
- Adapt instruction to shipboard conditions while maintaining safety, schedule, and training quality.
- Coordinate pre-embarkation planning, travel, and materials needed for each training event.
- Provide practical instruction on approved weapons-related topics and associated support equipment.
- Capture trip outcomes, training completion, and customer feedback in required reports.
- Support updates to lesson content and identify opportunities to improve course delivery.
- Work closely with shipboard and command personnel to keep training aligned with operational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching or supporting military technical training in operational or shipboard settings.
- Ability to travel extensively and work aboard ships or remote locations.
- Physical ability to climb ladders repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to obtain or maintain forklift licensing if assigned to material handling instruction or equipment use.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
