We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Construction Laborer to join our construction team. This position involves assisting with a variety of outdoor construction projects, including hardscaping, site preparation, plant installation, and general landscape work.
No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage systems
- Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, and material handling
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs)
- Construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
