What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. GEOINT Analyst Trainer position at D2 Consulting?
- ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**
This is a TS/SCI-required position supporting a high-priority Intelligence customer, with a primary location in Springfield, VA (St. Louis, MO and Arnold, MO also available).
What You'll Own
- Be the expert in the room. Serve as the go-to GEOINT SME for geospatial analysis, imagery workflows, and tradecraft — advising both analysts and technical teams.
- Get in the trenches with analyst teams. Observe real workflows, understand mission pain points, and identify exactly where tools and processes can perform better.
- Deliver training that actually sticks. Lead hands-on instruction and mentorship tailored to how operational teams work — not one-size-fits-all classroom content.
- Fix what's broken. Identify inefficiencies and gaps, then recommend and implement practical improvements that directly enhance mission effectiveness.
- Bridge the gap. Act as the connector between technical teams and analysts to ensure capabilities are understood, adopted, and aligned to mission needs.
- Build lasting resources. Develop training materials, job aids, and best practice documentation that teams can use long after you've moved on to the next engagement.
- Champion GEOINT fusion. Support cross-discipline integration and help teams get the most out of multi-source intelligence and ESRI-based platforms like ArcGIS.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Keep pace with evolving GEOINT tools, tradecraft, and analytic methodologies — and bring that knowledge back to the teams who need it.
