D2 Construction & Development is hiring an experienced Form Setter/Finisher for concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk work on federal and commercial projects across the Carolinas region.
Responsibilities:
Read plans/grades and set forms for curb, gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork to spec
Place, screed, and finish concrete (broom, trowel, edge, joint)
Ensure proper grade, slope, and drainage compliance
Work with crew to maintain production schedule and quality standards
Perform basic form stripping, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
2 years experience in concrete flatwork/curb & gutter
Ability to read grade stakes and basic site plans
Must pass federal background check for military installation access
Reliable transportation; valid driver's license
Physically able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather
Pay: Based on experience
Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time Positions
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
