At D12 Commercial Interiors, we design, manufacture, deliver, and install cabinets, countertops, contract furniture, and shower systems for national commercial real estate clients across the student housing, multifamily, and senior living sectors. (Think what’s in your home—multiplied across ~200 apartment units per project.)

- Have some exposure to drafting or design concepts through school, internships, or coursework
- Are interested in creating shop drawings and learning how projects move from design to production
- Are organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating digitally
- Have basic familiarity with tools like Word and Excel (we’ll help you learn the rest)
- Are open to learning platforms like Bluebeam, Revit, and other design tools
- Want to see projects through from start to finish
- Are able to work onsite in Athens, GA
- Have experience or coursework related to interior design, drafting, or construction
- Have been exposed to multifamily or apartment projects
- Have some familiarity with Revit
- Hold (or are close to completing) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
