Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Boerne, TX for a Strength and Speed Coach. The coach will design and implement strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups spanning various age levels, focusing on improving athletic performance and fitness. Daily responsibilities include conducting dynamic workouts, leading training sessions, and guiding clients safely through proper exercise techniques. The role also involves monitoring athletes' progress, adjusting training programs as necessary, and maintaining a motivating and energetic environment conducive to personal growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training to develop and oversee fitness programs
- Experience in Coaching individuals and groups, fostering growth and motivation
- Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and its application to athletic performance
- Certification or background in Personal Training with an emphasis on proper form and safety
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage diverse age groups
- Relevant certification, such as NSCA, CSCS, or similar credentials, is preferred
- Passion for fitness and the ability to foster an encouraging, results-oriented environment
