Tailored workouts are developed every eight weeks by the D1 National Training Panel to cater to athletic and fitness needs, offering both group and one-on-one training with expert coaches. D1 Training has over 170 open locations and aims to expand to over 125 new facilities within the next three years.
Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Ballwin, MO, for a Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Training. The role involves designing and implementing training programs for athletes of various ages and skill levels, emphasizing improving athletic performance and injury prevention. The coach will lead group training sessions and provide personalized training for individuals, ensuring safe and effective techniques while inspiring and motivating clients to achieve their goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere, and ensuring adherence to D1 Training’s core principles of athletic training.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training techniques
- Strong knowledge of Sports Science and Athletic Performance
- Skills in Injury Prevention and safe training practices
- Ability to motivate and guide athletes of all ages and skill levels effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS, NASM, or related credentials are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
