What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
- Provide personal training and individualized coaching as needed
- Oversee personal training operations, including session quality and consistency
- Hire, train, and develop coaching staff to deliver high-quality workouts
- Support trainer scheduling, development, and accountability
- Ensure all sessions reflect D1 training standards and philosophy
- Track and improve member engagement and retention
- Maintain a high-energy, positive training environment
- Build strong relationships with members and support retention efforts
- Partner with sales staff to support trial workouts and member onboarding
- 3 years of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or performance coaching
- Prior leadership or experience managing or mentoring a personal training team preferred
- Strong knowledge of program design, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- High energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
- Lead a team in a performance-driven training environment
