Responsibilities
- Greet athletes, parents, and adult members professionally as they enter the facility
- Respond to inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, DMs and social media
- Assist with lead tracking, appointment confirmations, and client consultations.
- Support membership sales conversations and facility tours
- Maintain organization, professionalism, and energy at the front desk
- Help build strong relationships with members and families to improve retention and overall experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable speaking with parents, adult members, and prospective clients
- Confident on phones, text conversations, and customer follow-up
- Organized, proactive, and coachable
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Experience working in a professional environment preferred
