Full-Time | Base Pay Bonus | OTE $60,000–$80,000
D1 Training Winston-Salem is hiring a proven Fitness Sales Manager to lead front-end sales, drive revenue growth, and deliver a world-class training experience.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, high-energy sales leader who can sell high-ticket training packages on day one and take ownership of facility performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set appointments, conduct facility tours, and close high-ticket training packages and memberships
• Serve as the primary closer for all sales when on site
• Follow up with leads and manage daily sales activity
• Track and review weekly sales, retention, and revenue metrics with leadership
• Deliver a consistent D1 customer experience
• Support front desk operations including check-ins, onboarding, POS setup, payments, retail sales, and inventory
• Assist with special events, camps, and community activations
• Ensure accurate reporting through Mindbody POS

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of high-ticket sales and/or sales management experience
• Fitness industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to close and exceed sales goals
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of gym or membership-based operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
