Elite Closer | $55,000 – $75,000

Average Closer | $40,000 – $55,000

Low Performing Closer | $30,000 – $40,000

A Day in the Life on the D1 Turf

No two days are the same, but a typical winning day looks like this:

• Kickoff: Show up on time, bring the energy, and review your booked appointments for the day.
• The Warm-Up: Send personalized video texts to your scheduled prospects to maximize your show rates.
• The Drive: Attack the phones. Spend dedicated blocks of time making high-volume outreach calls, texts, and emails to new leads to fill tomorrow's pipeline.
• Game Time (The Consult): Greet prospects by name, tour them through our world-class facility, break down their goals in the "Goal Setting Room," and prescribe the perfect D1 program.
• The Save: Confidently navigate financial and spousal objections, knowing that signing them up is the first step to saving their life and health.
• Post-Game: Track your data accurately, connect with a few local businesses for corporate partnerships, and head home knowing you left it all on the field.

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
