Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential members and parents of potential members to promote D1 Training programs and services.
- Conduct facility tours and explain the benefits of our fitness offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Utilize GPS (Gym Profit Solutions) software to track leads and manage sales processes effectively.
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; fitness certifications a plus.
