Key Skills Required For the Position:
- SALES. Drive membership sales efforts from initial inquiry to commitment. Develop creative strategies to attract new members, resulting in high lead conversion and retention rates.
- COMMUNITY BUILDING. Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, and other community groups. Implement a clear vision for creating mutually beneficial partnerships, referral programs, corporate wellness opportunities, and community promotions. Generate new business through outreach, collaboration, and creative marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent sales performance and achieving measurable goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in fitness, health, wellness, and community engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to contribute wherever needed in a small business setting.
- Previous experience with fitness or wellness-related sales.
- Continuing education provided at no cost by D1.
