Your Primary Mission

You must be equally comfortable:
- Talking periodization and recovery
- Running a performance consultation
- Prescribing individualized training plans
- Closing high-ticket personal training packages
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions
- Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($3,000 )
- Convert 60% of qualified consultations
- Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems
- Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue
- Track KPIs: leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention
- Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion
- Oversee POS, contracts, and billing accuracy
Required:
- 3 years experience in personal training, strength coaching, or athletic performance
- Experience discussing program design, recovery, and progression with clients
- Comfortable selling structured personal training programs ($3,000 )
- Experience managing leads and consultations
- Strong accountability and follow-up discipline
- 2 years of Go High Level CRM Experience
- NASM, CSCS, ISSA, or comparable certification
- Experience in boutique fitness or performance training environments
- Leadership or team management experience
- $50,000–$75,000 base performance incentives
- Free D1 membership
- Ongoing training and development
