D1 Training Fox Valley is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team!
D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals.

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation and management, recruitment & sales.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Managing lead generation & follow-up
· Membership, personal training, small group and team training sales
· Cold-calling, networking, relationship building, and business generation
· Development of local business partnerships
· Front desk assistance
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· 1 year of cold-calling sales experience
· 1 year of face-to-face fitness sales experience
· A high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
· Strong moral character
· Drive to constantly learn and improve
· Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
· Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
· Ability to overcome objections and build relationships
