We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager (full-time, salaried) to join our team. This role is focused on lead generation, phone outreach, and setting in-person appointments. You’ll work incoming leads, make 150 daily calls, drive conversions, and support clients at the front desk when needed. It’s a high-energy, high-reward role.
What You’ll Do
- Call, connect, convert: Handle inbound leads from multiple sources with consistent outreach.
- Drive results: Set, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize show rates.
- Own your pipeline: Follow up with warm leads, past inquiries, and referrals.
- Track performance: Report daily KPIs (calls, sets, confirms, shows).
- Support the mission: Help youth athletes, parents, and adults start their training journey.

Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or lead management (fitness/retail/hospitality a plus)

- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience in a membership-based business (gym, sports program, etc.)
