What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer - Construction position at D & Z Maintenance LLC.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, employee performs basic labor tasks
- Employee must be able to complete and submit all necessary correspondence for work that is completed.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
- General knowledge of the standard practices, methods, tools and materials of general construction.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of a work site
- Ability to perform a variety of manual work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, crouch and kneel. Ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials/equipment that may weigh up to sixty (60) pounds.
- Reliable vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Time management skills. Must have a good driving record and be able to pass background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
