Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of air ducts, including removal of dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants using specialized equipment such as pressure washers and industrial cleaning tools
• Utilize ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach ductwork and system components
• Operate hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively to ensure thorough sanitation of duct systems and units
• Apply safety protocols rigorously, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, goggles, and fire extinguishers when necessary
• Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of duct sections or cleaning machinery while maintaining proper ergonomics
• Execute outdoor work tasks like pressure washing building exteriors or outdoor ductwork with precision and safety awareness
• Follow detailed safety procedures during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards
• other related cleaning duties as needed to maintain overall site cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any questions or concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments, especially duct cleaning or outdoor cleaning projects
• Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE usage, manual handling techniques, fire extinguisher operation, and adherence to safety standards
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning processes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Prior experience with floor cleaning or similar maintenance tasks is a plus
• Valid experience in using industrial cleaning tools and equipment for commercial projects
