Store Manager

D&W is looking for a Store Manager for our Worcester, MA location. This person will lead the branch in achieving its goals of healthy growth, exceptional customer service and being a great place to work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead branch efforts to provide excellent customer service
• Manage safety initiatives
• Supervise, train and evaluate customer support and warehouse staff
• Operate as a customer service representative

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of demonstrated successful management
• Prior industry experience is a plus
• Must be an outstanding leader
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Strong decision making, problem solving and time management skills
• Must have a strong desire to provide a positive customer service experience

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annual
