- Train new associates on standard work processes
- Work with the team to meet daily production requirements
- Ensure that all safety requirements are met
- Provide daily directions to a team of 8-10 associatesJob Requirements:
- Leadership experience and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work hands on with the product lines
- Work in a team environment and maintain a positive work attitude
