Prep Shop Lead - 2nd shift

D&W is looking for a strong candidate to supervise the 2nd shift operations in our remanufacturing facility.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability and experience needed to:

• Lead a team of 5 – 10 associates primarily on the industrial parts cleaning processes
• Coordinate training for staff on equipment and procedures
• Ensure all work completed meets the quality standards
• Maintain an upbeat and safe work environment
• Shut down and secure the facility at the end of each shift

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years prior experience working in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with operating/maintaining industrial or mechanical equipment
• Effective communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business
• Ability to assign work and direct a team
• A desire to learn and become extremely knowledgeable on cleaning technologies

Pay: $23 - $27 hour
