What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen & Bath Sales position at D&V Home Design Center?
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to join our showroom team in East Northport, NY. This role is client-facing and sales-driven you'll guide upscale clients through the design and purchasing process, manage relationships from first consultation through final sale, and work with our in-house design team to bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget for kitchen and bath projects
- Present design concepts and product options to close sales
- Manage the client relationship from initial consultation through final order and installation coordination
- Collaborate with the design team, architects, and contractors
- Maintain and grow client accounts through excellent follow-up and service
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in high-end kitchen and bath, home remodeling, or luxury retail (required)
- Track record of closing high-value projects with upscale clientele
- Comfortable reading and discussing design layouts
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
