EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our immigration law practice.
The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years of hands-on immigration law experience, including substantial experience with both removal proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS matters.
Required qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years of immigration paralegal experience
- Experience handling removal/deportation proceedings before EOIR, including preparation of court filings, applications for relief, motions, evidence submissions, and hearing preparation
- Experience with USCIS filings and case processing, including preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions
- Prior client intake and case-screening experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and obtain necessary information and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced immigration practice
- Fluency in Spanish is required
