Auto Detailing Technician (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Charlottesville, VA
We’re a growing, high-end auto detailing business looking for a reliable, hardworking Detail Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role with room to grow for the right person. Experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interior & exterior vehicle detailing
- Washing, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning wheels, tires, glass, and trim
- Assisting with paint enhancement & ceramic coatings (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Providing top-tier service and professionalism to customers
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (this matters more than experience)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
- Ability to follow systems and instructions
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability on weekends
- Ability to work outdoors when needed
- Must be dependable—no job hoppers
Pay & Perks
- $20–30/hr based on experience and performance
